Hello Everyone :)
I just wanted to send out a letter to hopefully try and explain a few things to you all about different changes that have or may be taking place up in the Club House/Beverage Carts.

As we are all aware of, the economy is something none of us can control, along with weather, gas prices, etc. As a result of these things, it forces many of us to watch our pennies alittle more. And, ultimately as a result of that, we as a business have to watch things closely as well.

I have made decisions that some of you may or may not agree with. For instance, going down to one bev. cart on Thursday nites. This is not done to upset you in ANY way shape or form. I have been monitoring our bev. cart sales EVERY week since beginning of league and we are down a minimum of $350 a WEEk in sales for the bev. carts. Again, I had to make the decision to cut one bev. cart because of this. Last nite was our first nite of having only one bev. cart, and as some of you are upset with this, we as a club did more in sales with ONE bev. cart versus TWO. Plus eliminating labor of one employee for that nite. A very POSITIVE thing for your course!

Like I said, it was Alison's first attempt to be solo, and she did have to work out some kinks on how she was driving the route so she is able to take care of ALL of you. We feel confident that this will be accomplished. However, if at ANY time you are not being taken care of, please call the clubhouse and we will IMMEDIATELY bring drinks out to you. We have no problem doing this. If it is too much for Alison to handle on her own, I will definately implement the other bev. cart. I will not settle for you guys to not be taken care of! I promise! So, please bare with us as I would like to give this 2 more weeks of observation to see if this will work or not.

Please understand this is not a punishment, it is a decision I had to make to help the course. If you have ANY questions about anything at anytime....PLEASE come and talk with me about any concerns you may have. I enjoy hearing ideas you may have also.
